This has a seal that reads "Hiroshige," but whether that means it was by Hiroshige IV (1848-1925) or whether the publisher based it on a design by the first Hiroshige is unknown. This print is from a series of night scenes by various artists published by Hasegawa/Nishinomiya and advertised in a catalog from the 1930s.
