||Toyokuni III, Kunisada II and Yoshiiku|
||16 volumes of Shiranui Monogatari, Vols. 26 & 27, 28 & 29, 38 & 39, 40 & 41 (each volume consists of a "top" and a "bottom")|
||4 sets of 4 bound volumes each (each 4 1/2" X 6 3/4")|
||6 covers and 12 inside pages shown; over 300 pages altogether at about 20 pages per volume|
Each set consists of four volumes of the serialized novel Shiranui Monogatari. Each volume is either a "top or a "bottom" with each of the parts having a cover printed in color. There are black and white illustrations on all the other pages, with the text surrounding them, in the manner of a graphic novel. As this publication went on for many years, the illustration work passed from Toyokuni III to Kunisada II to Yoshiiku. The title Shiranui is sometimes written with characters that mean white embroidery and sometimes with ones meaning sea fire or bioluminescence.
||$300 for the 16 volumes.|
